My AC went out on a Thursday when I had guests coming into town on Friday. A friend (shout out Zach) recommended Jacob and Virtuous Air and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. Not only did Jacob arrange to meet me early Friday morning (driving almost an hour to give me a free quote), but he proactively offered for me to watch him work if I chose to. He thoroughly explained the issue (bad capacitor) and showed me the readings, took me into my attic to explain and test the HVAC system, and didn’t upsell me on anything. He also removed the outside panels and washed/cleaned the unit. I was back up and running with a cool home within three hours. I really appreciated Jacob’s willingness to teach me about my system and could immediately tell he is an honest person/expert.
