We were needing to replace our heat pump since it was 20+ years old. We spoke to a couple of installers who spent minimal time looking at our system and then they sent over quotes. They never brought up that fact that our concrete pad was severely leaning and needed repairs or replacement. Nor did they check out the ductwork. It all left me feeling like I was about to spend a lot of money not really knowing what I was getting into. Then Jacob came by. He went over everything. He was very thorough and shared his wealth of knowledge. He also gave us options and set up the appointment with people to replace the concrete pad. It’s true, he really does care about his clients. I’m very thankful to him and the work he provided. I definitely will ask Jacob to do the yearly servicing as I feel like I’m in good hands.
