Jacob did an A/C check up for us and I was very impressed by his professionalism and the comprehensive check up he gave our AC system. We signed on for a maintenance contract, knowing he will provide us excellent service in the future for regular maintenance or immediate repairs.

Exception service. Courteous and friendly. Cost was well below what we hade expected for an after hours weekend repair.We arrived home Friday after 6pm to find our a/c frozen up. Googled "24 hr a/c repair" and started calling down the list. Virtuous was the 4th company I called and the 1st to answer the phone and it was a human, not AI. His answering service took my info and said a technician would call me soon. Shortly after that Jacob called and promised to be there between 7&8 am Saturday. He arrived about 7:15 and found a leak in the coil. He added freon to get us through the night. He was able to locate a replacement coil and returned early Sunday to replace it. Our A/C has never worked this well, very cold. We highly recommend Virtuous to everyone.
