Jacob was quick to come out and service us, with only a one hour advance. He was prompt and on time, and nearly immediately found our issue. He was patient with our warranty company on the phone, giving them all the details so we would be covered. He also recommended a preventative fix and got the warranty company to cover that as well. Overall can’t say enough how great he was. He also gave us tips on how to perform maintenance to prevent future issues.
